we recieved a check for 3,985.00.asking us to deposit it,that my husbun won a lottery that he didn't enter.we no this could not be true.so i called the#THEY GAVE,A MAN THAT DIDN'T SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH ANSWERED THE PHONE,HE TOLSD ME THIS WAS ON THE UP AND UP TO DEPOSTIT THE CHECK,IT WILL CLEAR AND THEN CALL BACK TO FIND OUT HOW TO COLLECT THE REST OF HIS WINNINGS.I DON'T NO WHAT TO DO.JUST THE MONEY IN THIS CHECK WOULD BE NICE BUT DON'T WANT TO GET IN TROUBLE FOR CASHING IT.CAN I GET INTO TROUBLE FOR JUST CASHING THE CHECK AND PUTTING IT IN MY ACC.?PLEASE EMAIL ME BACK?I AM UNAWARE OF THE LAWS ON THIS.THANKYOU

- Have the same thing here. Arrived in mail yesterday. Homedepot logo on envelope. Don't do it! They will get YOUR account info.
