I purchased what I was expecting to be a Dell AlienWare M18X desktop computer from this 'business'. After some time I received a 'Sorry you were out' card from the Royal Mail, not FedEx or DHL as I was expecting for this product. When I collected the package from the post office it contained a rubbish dual sim mobile phone. After countless e-mails they advised that it was a mistake and I should return the product for the correct one to be sent. This I did, but the parcel came back to me last month as 'undeliverable.' I have still heard nothing back from 'Erika Lin' and hope that nobody else falls into this stupid trap.
