Guess I'm just another sucker.... Was contacted by Phil Cooper in Feb 2012 saying they had a buyer for my Time Share. Was unemployed and eager to sell at the time so it sounded like a good idea. Sent $484.00 by wire to a bank account to get the paperwork started. Sent another $200 last week to finalize it all. Was supposed to close last Friday (July 27) but low and behold, no email reply, phone not in service...... I feel sick! Never been scammed before and as single mother of 2 with not much income, I'm in a bad situation right now. Was counting on the $10,000 to help us get through this hard time.
I'm in for any legal actions against this company, I do still have bank information for them if needed to assist. I do however, live up in Ontario.....please help!

- Seems like the trail of paperwork and phone calls have died a slow death. Does Scambook have anything to say about any of this? Has anyone followed up on any of these complaints? Where is our resolution??????

- What is the point on coming on this site and logging complaints if there is nothing that can be done???? I'm not getting emails asking me if I want to sign up for "Premium Scambook Support" for $9.99 a month! Starting to think this in itself is a scam as well!
