This is in addition to claim #135176, Tampered with my credit card in the amount of 4000.00 payment to my card but payment was refused by bank for insifficent fund. Payment was made by COSTCO Ltd, Lagos Nigeria in the name of Robert Wilkins and by Tracey Jerry of Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. My total loss is in the amount $5092.00 which includes fee. I have all proof of damages and all paper work available for submission.
