I received a letter from Prize Disbursment Announcement last week for $ 1 mill, which is scam as I also have to pay $20.00 to pay for my winning prize.
In the last two weeks I have received 12 - twelve - letters from different prize companies, with varies prize amounts, but they all command an amount of $ 20 to $ 35 per letter/answer.
SCAM, why can't these companies not be hunted down.

I just moved to CO and already got a lot of these SCAM letters. In AZ I received about 57 letters within three months. How can I stop these insulting letters?
