Alliance Check Conversion "Online Monthly Subscription" for 29.95. I submitted a scambook complaint earlier and called back to ask numerous questions.
Of course they have no idea who they are charging money for lol but she did give me the email address that was used to register their account with Alliance.
She said the IP address of the "business" was 188.8.131.52
I asked to speak with a supervisor and believe it or not, there was not one? I asked when she thought a supervisor would be available and she said "I don't know". That's some serious customer support right there. She did put in a "special request" to have a supervisor call me back (not holding my breath). I'm really not sure who is scamming who here. I find it hard to believe that a company such as Alliance does not know who they are billing for. I asked if they had a problem submitting bills for known criminals and the lady acted very nonchalant about the whole thing. I have called them 3 times today and I believe have spoken to three different people. I requested a "refund" on the 2nd call and when I called back the third time, the lady said she could see where my refund was processed and information removed without me bringing it up again. I still don't know what this means, but I was actually surprised that there was a record of me canceling just an hour earlier.
I was also with Taylor Bean & Whitaker and was transferred to CENLAR when TB&W folded. Seems to be a common theme. I always hated that company
