they pressured me and scared me that they were going to file criminal charges and take me to court .I also found my records that i had already paid this debt through another debt company and they did not care and said your money has been taken and you will not get a refund.the debt collector name is elise howell and the manager is Dave Mongomary they are fraudulent and should be shut down
