An e-check was cashed against one of my bank accounts in the amount of $30 on 6/20/2012. Since I only use this particular account for paying bills, there was an insufficient amount available to cover this $30 debit and the account was thrown into overdraft. My bank is "investigating", but will not refund the overdraft fees or the original $30 until they have filed an affidavit. BEWARE!
