I recieved a phone call advising me i had a problem with my computer. They then told me they worked for microsoft. They then asked me to switch my computer on. To cut a long story short they took over my computer and charged me about 200 pounds to fix the computer . They then kept phoning me to try and get more money. I reported this to my credit card company who gave me my money back. but i am still getting phone calls which i ignore. they tell me they are based at victoria palace london then they say they are in florida. they always seem to have a indian accent. i think mycrosoft should be made aware of the bad name they could be giving them
