Online Profit Masters

We paid Online Profit masters $47 for a 30 day trial of their "program" on 06/18/2012. We felt that they did not fully deliver what they promised.

When we wanted to cancel today 07/25/2012, they said that we had to cancel within the 30 day trial period. But this is the Refund Policy they have posted on their website:

"Fees and Cancellations

REFUND POLICY and IRON CLAD 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Customers who feel that the Online Profit Masters System is not for them may cancel at anytime. In order to be eligible for the IRON CLAD 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, the customer must have logged into the system, and attempted the program for the entire term of 30-Days. If they have not made at least the same amount of money that they initially invested after trying the program for 30 days, they may contact customer support to request their refund within 7 days of the expiration of their 30-day trial period. Failure to try the program for the minimum time frame will result in forfeiture of guarantee."

From this we understood that we have to try the program for the full 30 day trial period and then cancel within 7 days there after. Which we did.

They flatly refuse to refund us.
