I have been waiting over a month for Solid Trust pay to verify my account so that I can withdraw money that was paid to me by Zeek Rewards. I have submitted two tickets and have received zero response. When I try to check the status of my ticket I receive an error that my ticket number was not found. They state on their website that they are running about two weeks behind schedule. Well it has been well over two weeks! They have monetary incentive to be "behind". The longer it takes to verify my account the longer they can keep MY money! Isn't there something illegal about this? It seems there would be laws in place to keep companies from hanging on to money that does not belong to them because they are poorly staffed.
