Sometime during early JUne 2011, I ordered (1) Slice O Matic @ $19.99 plus shipping.
Returning from vacation on Aug. 17, 2011, a large box
16" x 16 1/2" x 21" was found on my porch.
I opened it to find (6) individually wrapped Slice O Matic's in
6" x 6" x 14 1/2" boxes.
I immediately xcalled the 800 number ptovided on the invoice and informed them of the over-shipment and over-charge.
I was advised to ship back the unauthorized contents to receive credit.
I told them to send me a pre-paid shipping label since I should not be required to pay for their "mistake".
I was informed that was not their "policy".
This is a scam that needas to be expoased.
