I went to Oreillys auto parts store on 07/22/12 to pick up part that was ordered. To make a long story short, the part that they said on the previous wed was in had been sent back two days later. I told them that I had made clear that I would be in that weekened to pick up the part of which who ever ws on the oh told me that would be fine. After waiting for 20 minutes to find out the part was no longer there I was treated as if I had done something wrong and after the Assistant Manger would not even offer to reorder the part I started to leave. When I got to the door the Assistant manager said "have a nice day" in the most sarcastic tone I have ever heard. I turned and told her your comment was only meant to be sarcastic and to make a bad situation worse and I did not appreciate it. With that the worker Marie behind the counter said "god bless you " to which I became irrate. This was adding insult to injury and was offensive to me of which I informed Marie of this in no un certain terms. This Idiot then repeated again "god bless you " It then became clear to me that I was being preached to in the Auto Parts store. I then asked for the names of both of them as the Assistant manager did nothing to stop this. When I was walking out Marie then said again "god bless you " I have called the district manager Mr diaz only to be treated as if I have no right to complain. All I wanted was an apology, now I am contacting the ACLU as I feel I was discriminated against due to the fact that apparrently I am to make sure of my releigon before I walk into an Oreillys Auto part store. And if I does not match that of Marie I will be discriminated against. Now the apology will have to be in the form of compensation.
