On 4/19/12 a Rate and Load Confirmation was agreed to and signed between Kritsak Trucking Inc and broker A Mighty Fortress Freight. Kritsak Trucking picked up a load at Target Steel in Flat Roack, MI and delivered it to Universal Trade Solution in Baltimore, MD. in the amount of $1,250.00. Invoice 11772 was created and along with the original BOL and the signed rate confirmation was send to our invoice factoring company, FleetOne, and then mailed to PO Box 22215 Savannah, GA 31403 for payment within 30 days. On 5/29/12 FleetOne began calling Darryl Holder the owner of A Mighty Fortress Freight for payment on this now past due invoice. I began calling Darryl at the end of June. Check #1007 is "lost". Check #1079 was supposidly issued and mailed on 7/11/12. On 7/23/12 the second check "disappeared". I made it clear that Darryl was to overnight a new check to Kritsak Trucking directly. Today 7/4/12 Darryl does not answer or return my calls. I informed him that I will be taking legal action to get paid for our services.
