I ordered $1250 worth of hair from MICHELLE DELANY dba,Ideal hair 24-7.com for the first time on May 15,2012 and I did not receive my hair for literally 2 1/2 -3months. I only received it then after multiple phone calls, emails, skype calls, skype instant messagingm etc. I even had to have people call her from numbers that she didn't recognize trying to get a hold of her.
I own a beauty supply store, both physical and online and she cost me several customers and a bad reputation because she kept promising to send the hair or feeding me lies that the hair was on the way. I relayed the same information to my customers that she was relaying to me. My customers kept coming in to my store and placing online orders for products that I did not have. She claims to be a manufacturer and supplier, but she was unable to supply my order for several months. To top it all off, after she finally sent my order and we "talked" it out, and came to an agreement/understanding she once again promised to send me hair for causing me so many problems per her refund policy which states that...if you do not receive your hair in 2 weeks, she will refund your money plus the hair. And once again she failed to do so! She gave me fake tracking numbers telling me that my order was on the way around the 4th of July and still nothing has came and now she won't even answer my phone calls or any other method of communication I'm utilizing in an attempt to contact her. She is totally unprofessional!! She has really damaged my once upon time, good name. Buyers Please Beware, she is a scam artist and very unprofessional!!!!

  • I received the order; however, it was incomplete and she promised to send more hair for the major delay in processing my order. She (Michelle) expressed to me that if the order is late, she will give a refund or more hair. She then proceeded to give false tracking numbers just to get me off the phone and never responded to any of my methods of communication thereafter.
