Yesterday I recieve a call from this guy claiming he is with some federal investigation agency that handles this place called Cash Advance's legal matters. He also went on to say that I received a loan from this company for the amount of $300.00 and wanted to kno how do i plan to resolve this matter. Because nobody has been paying on it. Now, the last time i got a payday loan was back in May for $150 from Cash Net USA...been paid off! Anyways, he continues to say that they will take me to court, call my place of work and also get me fired. He also was foreign, could barely speak English and would not give me any information as to who he is, what law firm, a superior's name, etc. Also said that this so called "Cash Advance" place has been calling me and I haven't been answering my phone. Load of crap...cuz my phone is constantly on me and I pick up every call! Sooo if you receive a call like this from this guy, person, so called "agency," stand your ground and take the 1st option, take them to court! They give you two options lol!
