My visa account was charged $99.90 from Dillard & Yagen Enterprises. A few days later I received a bottle of ColoKlenz (which I did not order). No paperwork included in pkg. The return address was Wellness Partners, Provo, UT. I looked up the address and it belongs to another company. I tracked down two phone numbers for them and both were answered by a person named Matt. 213-280-6424 & 678-224-5981. They did not want product back but said they would send a check. I really don't expect to receive a check but I am trying to get this removed from by charge card and had to get a new credit card number.
