This is to inform you parmdip brah owner of supertech industries ltd borrowed me from for investment in house.Parmdip brah borrowed from total amount of $50,000 as deposit and told me he would return the money wihtin in six months with interest.After six months he told me he started giviung me excuses that he had business loss.Parmdip brah told he can adjust the loss by buying the house which he wants to sell.For eg.The market value of the house was $100,000 he wants to sell that house for $2,00,000 and I told I want the money back and he is not returning it.

As to response to the false report against our clients Mr. Brah:
Purchasers entered into a contract to purchase a home from Mr. Brah and had put a $35,000 deposit and removed conditions. After removing conditions client hired a landscaping company to complete the landscaping to there newly purchase home before closing date.
Landscaper started his work and completed 70% of the landscaping when he was notified by the builders that the Purchasers had backed out of there deal and where in breach of contract. Landscaper tried collecting funds from the Purchaser when he realized they have no money and where not able to close on the house deal. The landscaper then turned and tried to collect funds from Mr. Brah. We have told the landscaper since Mr. Brah did not hire you he will need to collect funds from the purchasers who are in default and breach in contract. However, Mr. Brah did offer the landscaper to cover his costs of the 70% completed work in amount of $7,000, which he has declined.
Purchasers have asked fro their deposit returned and that request was declined due to breach of contract and damages that where occurred.
