I can't remember now if this is my 3rd or 4th entry against these idiots. Now they have had a computer issue for the last 45 days, yeah RIGHT, that has not allowed them to process the credit back to my checking account. This $34.95 has cost me $130 between insufficient funds and two penalties. My question to Sandra(???), a manager(???), was why has there not been any proactive calls to me as to this issue, no response other than their "we appreciate your patience". I have relayed there is no more patience and that I have only found out about this when I have called to follow up after their 3rd 10-15 business day's for this credit to be issued. It has now reached 60 days since this debit was done, unauthorized, and the troubles started.
