I was entering a grocery store in Goldsboro NC, when I was approached by a gentlemen asking for a donation. He stated the donation would go towards a children's dictionary, which I was interested in purchasing, plus enable him to get a scholarship for college, through a points system with this company. The proposal seemed real. He had a catalog detailing all the magazines for sale. He also gave me my copies of receipts, supposedly for tax return purposes. It has been nearly two months, and I've yet to receive the dictionary. I've also called the company. According to their answering service they don't take voice mail messages, (strange), and my only method of contacting them is via fax. I send a fax about one week ago and have yet to receive a response. Please help, thanks.
