Order #1026550. After following directions from the company, my surprise delivery, which was received from Strixaderm. was returned from myself, with return receipt. Paula, Lisa, Nancy, George and lastly, Vanessa all said that my credit had been placed with Visa. These statements were made about two months apart and I do have dates.
I rechecked all my Visa bills, then called Visa and had copies sent to me to fax to Strixaderm. Plus the gal at Visa checked back records to see if we had missed something. Either Vanessa requested OR Visa suggested I fax info to Strixaderm which I did on4/10/2012.
Fax #954923-2924 was faxed to Vsnessa, received by Vanessa and answered by Vanessa on 4/10/2012. This e-mail 'confirmes that a transaction for the amount of 69.95 USD has been processed today'. Again I am told that a credit had been applied to my account.
Strixaderm always tells me it may take up to 2-3 months for this to appear on my Visa bill. As to this date of 07/22/2012 I have received NO credit. We must remember that this all started 07/29/2011 with order #1026550.
Sincerely, Carolyn B. Laarman
