I have a default judgment in the Sparks, NV, court against USA Supreme Tech. Unfortunately that is a trade name under Primetime Marketing Solutions in Tempe, AZ, where the telephone soliciting for USA was/is done. Mr. Phillip C. Smith is listed as the business agent but I cannot call him at that address. The problem with a judgment is that one is on their own to collect it. I need to know the bank account of Mr Smith to bring a bank levy or some personal property that can be levied, which I am working on. If you have been scammed by this compnay bring a small claims suit in AZ against Primetime or against Mr. Smith. Then y do anything without first doinf\ou have a "hunting license" to go after the defendant. They have multiple bogus names and a lot of locations and companies that, no doubt, are on the order of USA.
Do your homework before you sign on and NEVER do anything over the phone before checking them out on the Internet.
