I received a phone call from the company , they din mentioned the company's name earlier, and said my warranty on the computer through microsoft is over & charged me for the renewal which i paid them. But till last week i did not get any services from them. Fortunately i came in contact with a respectable company providing Tech Support Globally , through which i was able to file a refund from the company.. Heck to You Happy softwares/ Mercaway.. Gosh. This company has n number of names...
