They called me 7/18/12 stating that they have me on a videotape writing a bad check in October 2001 to a check advance company. He gave me a case number which I looked for on my county's court records website and couldn't find it. I asked why I never received any notice of this especially since I lived in the same house for 5 years or more. You would think they would have sent something certified. I called my attorney and gave her the info; he didn't like that I had an attorney, I think I may have thrown him off a bit.

- i got the same kinda of call have you gotten any calls fom a toll free number with a male voice identifying himself as thomas whitaker. or talked to a steve wilson
