This company charged me $19.95 on my Chase Visa for something that I have never ordered or signed up to, called the 800 number and talked to a lady that I could not understand, I asked her to get her supervisor, she asked me if I gave my card to somebody else or maybe the credit card number was taken without my knowledge, I said if that did happen they wouldn't use it for a credit report, she was very nice and helpfull and credited my account. This is very suspicious, apparantely I'm not the only one that had a problem with this company
