i was shopping on a website called buymysneakers.com, i have wshopped with them before and never had any problem until last week. when i was checking out, the website notified me that their system had changed and i would have to pay them through a company called ecmcpal.com, a bit like a paypal account.
so i went and checked out ecmcpal.com, nothing looked fishy at all so i signed up with them and try to make the payment. ecmcpal.com said i would have to validate my account, just like a paypal account, nothing suspicious about that so i did, but in order to do that i would have to transfer money into the ecmcpal account first.
so i did, $200, and then i waited. today is the eighth day and there is no contact details, email address, no one contacting me and the account is showing that it is disabled and my money is frozen?!?!?!?!?!

yes,the ecmcpal works exactly like paypal. However,it's security sitll yet to be tested.
For my part it is good for i can pay and get the back in an easy and fast way.
Freezed amount, as i know, refers to the money you have applied for refund. It was temporarily blocked by ecmcpal and they will send the money to your credit card.

- as i know.if you just transfer money into your ecmcpal account.you can see your money in the prepay.after you transfer the money.you can use the money to pay for your item.only you have applied refund.the refund money will be frozen.It means the bank is dealing with refund.It will take some time.
