I went on vacation, and I took my PC for use in Hotels and when I needed to use it.
I do not understand how this came onto my PC, with my knowledge that I did not solicit it and I cannot remove it. I can not get the pop up window to go completely away. I cannot find it in my add/remove list. What is is listed by, so that I can remove this from my PC?

How do I call the company or how to notify them of this issue. I want to get rid of it.
