I ordered a pair shoes from "shoes365buy.com" for $65. It was the only website who was still selling the shoes in my size... So I ordered them quickly, too quickly unfortunately! First, I waited and waited for a confirmation e-mail (the money was already of my visa), and waited for my order to arrive. Emailed the company - email was non-existent. This is when I began to get suspicious. I googled the company and after some thourough searching, I saw that other people got the same problem! Ordered shoes, never got any thing, search contact, no answers...
Later on, I recieved a shower cap via a Chinese delivery service. I didn't sign for it, my neighbour did. I immediately made the link between the order and the package I recieved. At that time, I already contacted my visa company to ask if they could cancel the buy and that I thought the company was a fraude...
Now, I also filed a complaint via PayPal. Of course, those Chinese has record of somebody recieving a package! Luckily, I didn't sign it myself!
Now waiting for whatever PayPal is going to decided! Fingers crossed!
Please, do not visit this site and give any money to it! I don't understand why Paypal isn't blocking them!
Update: 08/03/2012
PayPal finally decided to refund me the money!
I tried to go back to the website and delete my account, but I can't log in anymore! I guess, because the package was accepted, they just deleted all the evidences...

- Hi Arabella, could you please give me some links or further info on the people you found on the internet? I can only find 2 cases, among which yours, googling. I'm trying to get my money back paid through PayPal, and they'll ask for proof in the near future. So presenting them with as many cases of fraud with this company I'm able to find, will not only help my case but also everybody else who's been scammed by them. Hopefully they'll block it!

Hi Pelirrubia,
I was the first one to post my complaint about this website on Scambook. I don't find the cases back on the internet right now, but I remember googling "shoes365buy.com reviews". And there I came across similar stories (if I remember well 2 or 3), on sites like Scamreport or webutation... It's strange I can't find them right now, but they are somewhere on the web... -
