I ordered a video, on 17 June, 2012, paid by credit card and am still waiting for the video as of 17 July 2012. Credit card has been debited and although I have called many times there has been no response. I was so happy when I found the site as I had been looking for this particular DVD for quite some time. Alas to no avail.
