International boundaries

on 13 October 2011 I ordered a bottle of Krill oil and paid for it (plus insurance and a sum for extra fast processing) with my Visa card. My card was debited on 7 December 2011, but no product arrived. I wrote twice to both of the 2 addresses I could locate for that company, but had no reply. Their money-back guarantee gave no instructions either as to where to return a product or send a complaint. As of today (7July 2012) I have not received my order or a response to my correspondence.
