I called customer care and asked for refund and at the end she said "have a wonderful day" when it was 11:20pm in chicago. I asked where is she answering the call she said nevada. I immediately asked whats the time there now? She paused for 20 seconds and said 9:20pm (after googling). I told ger why did you google it? Its fake!fake!fake! It costed me 1 hr of my time.

- I got a call at 3am. I already filed a complaint on their customer service number (1-877-332-1490) asked them to delete me from their call list.
