I received the same exact notice in the mail saying I needed to quickly postmark my return "transfer fee" by 7/18/12. Because I do typically enter Sweepstakes, I thought it was definately and finally my time. I was puzzled however, as to why there was absolutely no mention of the Sweepstakes that was associated with this advisement stating payment was now due to me in the amount of $2,536,092.23. They make it look so official giving you an account number and a tracking form. I can just imagine how many people send them money. What a rotten thing to do to people.
