i bought a question bank from the website -learning network with three days money back gauaranteed but the customer number i called no one ever answer it. i had to wait until my account was charged before i can actually speak to someone ans i spoke to five poeple an still was spoken to very rudely and got hang up on saying that they college network and dxr group cannot do anyhting to give me back my money i email they 6 time and they r claiming that they have not receive my email and that the customer number i am calling do not exist when it is they only number on the site... on top of that they all give the impression of scampishness...lying that they did not received the mails or my numerous call and messages , saying they went on vacation and i did not exist in their data base and i have to be in their database before they charge me but they can pull me uo to see i went in their question bank and they give u access ony if u put in your credit card data and payment is taken out. This company id a very sneaky and untrusty company. resason i want to cancel my membership because the same questions keep repeating itself over and over. and trying to gain access to the website is difficult...it keeps kicking u out.
