When you buy (worthless) SPEEDY PC via SAFECART andPaypal you suddenly find a ANNUAL RECURRING fee for $35 has been installed onto your PayPal account.
note: There are no questions for any approval to do this.
This reccurring automatic fee can be removed using your own PayPal account but of course you first have to be aware that it is there.

  • Dear Kristy at SafeCart

You have cleverly avoided answering the fact that PAYPAL did not initiate this recurring payment.

Saying “PayPal automatically signs you up for Automatic renewals” is a incomplete and ridiculous statement.

PayPal only acted on YOUR behalf and on YOUR instructions

It was SafeCart that caused the recurring payment to occur by instructing PAYPAL to do this.

Commissioning PayPal to install recurring payment without my clear understanding and my full prior agreement is immoral.

Especially when you permit known web scammers like SPEEDY PC to use your services
