this is the company name, a lord williams luther said to be the bank representative. I had met a lady online and she had put me down as a beneficiary then the so called bank called and said in order to have the money transferred to my own account i would have to open an online account with them first and would have to send in 400.00 dollars through western union. after that i was sent an email stating the transfer was complete. the account seemed real, with all correct info and the money of 37.8million dollars. so i then went on to email them for a COT and they wanted more money for it.
