I had signed up on June 11th./12, and didn't see a lot of sense spending any more money the site seemed to be a scam. Then on July 11th., my Scoticbank visa was charged by Ziinga.com for $93.22. I went on their site on Fri. July 13th. and used their chat line and asked why I was charged the $93.22 and the person I chatted with couldn't give me a reason, he said he would send my inquiry to the powers to be and I should have an answer within 24hrs. Guess what no answer, so I hope you can persue it for me.

- I have also been a victim of their unscrupulous dealings. They drew me in by allowing me to win a bid for a Sainsbury's Voucher (£30 ?) with a handful of free bids and then insisting that they needed to verify me by means of registering a Debit or Credit Card. Unfortunately, I was stupid enough to submit my Debit Card details and then got hit with 3 x £59.95 charges in the space of a few hours. Fortunately, my bank (Santander) blocked 2 of the payments, but I am still over £60 down and didn't receive the voucher either. Having cancelled my Debit Card immediately, Ziinga bombarded me with 156 emails, literally one after the other, demanding 'Membership Fees' of £59.95. When I spoke to their online Chat service, they were very aggressive and demanded payment 'or else'. When I told them to get lost, they demanded a cancellation fee of £50++, or said they would continue to hound me for payment, plus late fees ! They also threatened Debt Collectors and door step collections. NOT a nice Company at all - they are obtaining money by deception and then harrass and threaten you.
