I send Douglas Cooper, loan agent for Ceva Financial Services in New York. When he later asked me to send 660.00 for insurance, I asked for a refund. He said 7-10 business days i would receive my money back. I haven't yet. He now does not answer his phone. This agent gets around. Always sending money to someone in Maples Ontario.
