I was using the computer, surfing the web, when a screen pops up ands tells me that my computer is blocked because I either have stolen music or child pornography on the computer. And even if someone has hacked into my computer, it's still my fault for not taking the nessesary steps to prevent it. I haven't paid the $200 yet because there has to be a way to get this off my computer
