I had a property advertised for rent on Craigslist. Email came from Mark Robertson saying he wanted to rent my house. I have rented a lot of property and have been a landlord for many years - I found the email unusual.
He kept pinging me, asking questions about the weather, amenities in town etc. Said he was an engineer for General Dynamics.
I told my husband that I sensed something was not quite right .....so we looked up scam websites.....and here we are....reading about the same person.
