I ordered shoes on 6/21/12, payment made through pay-pal same day. After emailing company 3 times, all I received is a hotel shower cap from China. If pay-pal is aware of complaints with this company, why are they still allowing consumers to get scammed. If I don't get a refund from pay-pal, I gonna file a complaint against them also.

- After filing a dispute with pay-pal, and losing. I called pay-pal and complained, my money was refunded.
