Mr Mulch, Naperville IL
Complaint 134557 Details

We purchased golden mulch to be delivered, brown was delivered. On delivery we called the company about the error with no response.
On Monday July 2nd I made another call and the girl at Mr. Mulch said she would speak with the owner, again, and again no return calls.
Again on July 5th I called and told Kim the smell was overwhelming to the neighborhood and our yard so we would have to lay it down so the moisture would dry out if they were not going to pick it up that day. I insisted that she please call back and do pick it up or tell me what to do? Again same response, “NONE”.
I put down the mulch for a party so the smell would be less and called Kim again on Monday July 9th. She now says she will have a truck pick it up. When I reminded her I put it down she became annoyed and said again she would call back. "NO CALL BACK" to date July 12, 2012.
I am stuck with mulch that does not match my front yard and smell still.
No compensation expected. Poor service, no response, “ Compost filled Stinky mulch”, wrong color and no one cares.
The people at this company have the worst attitudes of any I have ever had the nightmare to work with. Stay clear of the Naperville IL Mr. Mulch.
