i was told by a friend of this stimulus program. where the president would pay your bills. but you need to use this routing number and the number on the back of the s.s card. i paid 1100 dollars worth of bills. i had confirmation that all was paid. but now im getting notified that bills were not paid. and so far was only charged 25 dollars for a returned check fee. but there are some bills out still trying to clear and some did not charge a fee.
not sure if a scam, but i can say it don't work. bills are not paid.
