I purchased a computer from the local AFFES last year in November 2010. It was defective and was replaced in January 2011. In July 2011 the replacement computer became defective. After talking with Dell representitives on several occasion on several days, I was told that the service tag number on this computer revealed that I had no warranty at all and there was nothing they could do except refer me to Dell Consumer Tech Spport, a department for nonwarranty computers. How dare they give me a computer with no waranty. This is the kind of scam I don't appreciate. MY husband and I serve dearly even for Dell while risking his life overseas.
