These people claim to give Tea Cup Yorkies up for adoption out of Dallas, Tx and Arlington, Virginia. The email they use is under [email protected]. I was surprised that people would even ship puppies out of start with out signing release adoption forms or anything with a valid signature. The people text my phone off an invalid number or a website they probably use from the web like "Text Me" they said the air flight was $200 and the additional fees would be $50. It sounded too good to be true and was very unprofessional when they asked for the money through western union immediately. When I asked for them to call me an Indian man called from an Arkansas number and I caught him in a couple lies. I decided to look the name Viky Millian up and found other people as well were having the same issue with this same email or person. They are FAKE! Committing fraud and are a scam. Do not contact these people. They have many different forms as well with different breeds of dogs.
