This compnay took $30.00 out of my account without my permisson! How can they do this!?! How do I go about trying to get this $ back?!? I am on a fixed income and $30.00 is alot of money to me. We need to file a class action suit against LOAN TREE ADVANCE!

- Loan Tree Avdance took 30.00 dollars which they refuse to give back unless I take a loan with them then the loan will include my 30.00 I think there is something not right here and the law should be involved but where do you start I am willing to go to bat with anyone who will help me. We have to stop this and when I asked politely for someone who speaks English I was treated like a 3rd class cizten. If you guys want to group I have a lawyer friend and I will have him read it and see if there is anything we can do let me know at (Personal Information Removed) thanks sheri
