Complaint 13409 Details

I recieved a call from Steven Miller, saying that was approve for a $5000.00 personal loan. But that I needed to put up 900.00 in collateral. I was told to wire the sum of 900.00 to spain via western union, the next day I recieved a call from Richard Pilker, who said that in order to receive the 5000.00 loan I would have to wire an additional 900.00. I explained that if I had 1800.00 I would not need to borrow 5000.00. I explained that the paperwork I signed never said anything about additional moneies required, and that the first 900.00 collateral served as gaurantee that the loan proceeds would be deposited in my account. This was never done. I demanded that I wanted a full refund. I was told that I could not be paid till the first Friday of the up comming month, which would have been 08/05/11. I was to be refunded the amount of 900.00 plus the wire fee of 25.00. I have never recieved my money, no one responded to my email requests, and I never recieved my money returned to me. The web site is not available, nor do the phone numbers works. I very much need and want a my money back.
