Ordered some knobs for a bathroom cabinet. They said by email that they had been shipped. Never have received them and tried to locate the company by phone. The number is not working and they gave a false 1-800 number. Has this happened to anyone else?

- I am encountering a similar problem, although I haven't been charged anything as yet. I ordered a sample pull from them last year and I had no problems. But a few weeks ago I submitted an order for pulls for my whole kitchen. They have not arrived and the company has not responded to my emails. Like I said, though, they also didn't charge my credit card. Today I tried calling them and found that their number was not in service and the 800 number was for a different company entirely. Since I got my pull last year without any issues, I wonder if the problem is a recent one?
