I originally was looking for health insurance. This company contacted me and sold me what they said was "health insurance." Along with the insurance there was a built in life insurance plan. Now I questioned them as to the details of this so called insurance and they gave me specific figures as to my co-pay at the drug store, doctors office, etc. with their "insurance." They were the ones that used the term insurance and health insurance. I come to find out that this company sold me a discount program. After all the questions I asked, they assured me time and time again this was insurance.....THEY LIED, OUTRIGHT COMPLETE LIES. I called back later that evening to cancel the entire thing. Lucky for me they did not cancel the life insurance policy and 3 months later I am still working on getting my refunded money on a policy that was cancelled. I called to make sure that the charges were indeed from this transaction, the company confirmed, and went on to tell me that it was in tandem with their health insurance policy that I purchased. I did interrupt and correct the associate and let her know that what her company was selling was surly not insurance. Her reply was that I just happened to end up with the opticaa health plan......funny i never stated what program I had been involved with......SCAMMMMMMMM!

  • Unfortunately from time to time we will have to defend ourselves from people like this. This is a person who will go to any means necessary to destroy someone's reputation in the name of money. This particular client chooses to hide behind anonymity, knowing he or she was most likely refunded for there Limited Medical policy (not discount plan, we dont sell those types of plans)they purchased and like most liberals, saw an opportunity to get something for free! so i ask, why did it take three months to notice a seperate charge from Fidelity was coming out of your account? what would have happend if you had died during that three month time, would your benefactors have told Fidelity NO we dont want the 200k they would have been awarded?. what you people dont know is that this client went through a voice verification, where they were told not once but ten times that they were getting an accidental life policy with fidelity that was completely seperate from any other policy that he or she was getting! of which they stated that they knew. every now and then, a client might call to say theyve had a change of heart from the covergae they got and as long as its within a realistic time frame the carriers would refund them(in most cases 30 days) but to wait three months and then lie and say you didnt know is just flat out wrong! I challenge this person to reveal themselves and i will see to it that i post a link to their recording on this site to rebutt every inconsistant lie this person put on here. we are a fully lisenced agency with 50 licensed agents that are licensed to sell anything from Humana, United Health to Opticaa. we dont care what policy it is, as matter of fact out of the 50 policies a day we write less than half are limited med. we are a Christian Owned and operated agency, who works diligently at trying to find coverage for everyone, even those who have pre-existing conditions that disqualify them from comprehensive coverage.   • As for knowing what policy you were talking about, our system works on phone number verification which would immediately tell us what plan you purchased. There's No conspiracy here!! The world's not out to get you!! For your own edification, discount plans are something that DONT provide you with insured benefits. under this plan they pay certain dollar amounts up to a limit on certain benefits, like hospital confinement, doctor visits or emergency room. which i'm positive your plan included.
