Big-discounts.net is an internet company offering good prices on exercise equipment, saunas, children playsets, etc. They advertise on Craig's List in various cities, and have their company web site elevated on Google, Yahoo, Firefox searches for these items.

I have been contacted by dozens of people who have been scammed into purchasing things from this website and have never received their items, and never received a return email or phone call after the sale. I personally know this, because the owner of this web site is fraudulently using my name, address, and contact information when they respond to pre-sale inquiries. My home address is also listed as their corporate address on the receipt they send people who have been duped into purchasing from them. Prospective buyers contact them for additional information on their products, and their response is from their senior sales rep, who has my same very unique name (there is only one in the US - me). Fortunately, many people have googled my name, found my cell phone number, and contacted me directly regarding the validity of this company. I've been able to save many people from sending these folks money.

The contact phone number they give, has my same area code, but is transferred to a voice mail message with a non-English accented female recording. They also are using my residential home address as their corporate address on their bill of sales for those not as fortunate to discover their fraudulent ways until their merchandise fails to ever show up. Then they contact me, after digging to find out the owner of the address listed on the sales receipt which they claim is their corporate headquarters. They also list my zip code on their web site.

I am a Realtor in Cincinnati, OH and frequently advertise on Craig's List. I am assuming that is where these folks absconded with my information. What they failed to research is that I use my home address as my business address. So their corporate headquarters is actually in a 1950 ranch, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac.

Please steer clear of this "company". There are many people mounting legal action against them!
