I ordered the skillet for $19.99 and it was a deal for Buy One, Get One Free. What I received was a Full Set and an invoice for $249.95 - apparently they already charged my card $49.99!

First of all, I can't afford $300 for pots and pans, and just wanted to try the skillet. I spent 21 minutes on the phone today, trying to get some answers. Basically I can mail it back to them (at a cost of $29.99)! $30 for something I did not want in the first place!!

I asked about "our convenient UPS pre-paid return system" - and the non-english speaking person said she would submit a request to 'Upper Management' and see if they would do this...

I have to call back within 24-72 hours, (No, they won't call me) and see if Upper Management have agreed to this. Really? Where is the Customer Service? How many other people have been stuck with a full set, and kept it, rather than deal with all this hassle? I can't afford to keep it, and I just wanted to try it out. I can't afford $30 to ship it back either!

Very, very frustrating.
